At ENVY, we aim to make every guest's visit enjoyable. While you are visiting the SPA side we kindly ask that you turn all electronic devices to vibrate and keep talking to a low volume in order to keep the ambiance tranquil and relaxing for all guests.

When booking your appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our policies.
Appointment Policies
ARRIVALS
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time to fill out a brief medical history questionnaire, use the restroom facilities if needed and to enjoy a complimentary beverage.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that unexpected situations can arise that are out of your control. We always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment with the time remaining. However, should you be too late for your treatment you will be charged 50% of your service cost (see cancellation policies and fees).

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES
Please be advised, to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. You will be charged 50% of each service price if you reschedule or cancel your appointment without the minimum notice. We recognize that your time is valuable. We hope you understand that our fees go toward the staff member that has reserved time for your appointment and has missed out on another potential client.

NO-SHOW FEES
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the completed amount of your scheduled services.
Return Policies
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS
Unopened skin care products can be returned for a full refund but must be in original packaging.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
All purchased gift certificates have no expiry date and cannot be refunded.
Gift certificates given by donation or through contest giveaways have an expiry date of 6 months. Additionally, for contest giveaways the service must be redeemed by the original winner.

SERVICES
No refunds will be given for services rendered.
Additional Policies
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for any items or belongings left or damaged on the premises. If found by a member of our staff we will make a reasonable effort to identify and contact the owner. If no contact is made after a period of seven (7) days we reserve the right to discard of any unclaimed items. To identify the owner of the items we might do a cursory search through wallets and bags or accessing unlocked electronic devices. Items can be claimed during business hours of the location. For valuables, a rightful owner will be responsible for describing the item and providing as much information as possible before it is returned to them.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PRODUCTS PURCHASED OVER THE PHONE
Gift certificates and products purchased must be collected up to six (6) months after purchase date otherwise the right of ownership is forfeited and it becomes business property.

REFUSAL OF CLIENT
We reserve the right to refuse service to any clients who is or has behaved abusively, aggressively, or threateningly, who have unreasonable demands or vexatious complaints, and to any clients who create an uncomfortable environment for staff or other clientele (verbally or written). No violence or aggression of any kind will be tolerated towards any member of our staff or towards spa guests.

PRICES
All services, products, and package pricings at this location are subject to change without notice. If a Gift Certificate was purchased for the price of a service, product, or package and the price of the item was changed before the Gift Certificate was redeemed, the difference will be owed to us by the recipient of the service.
